Introducing a Fall Virtual Season

We would love to be able to return to the physical stage, but in the meantime, we hope to offer our community opportunities in new and creative ways. For 2019-2020 season ticket holders, we will honor your membership for the productions of Dreamgirls and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. It is with great pleasure to be able to offer fall programming virtually. We will announce dates as soon as they become available.

September 2020

With the changing times, the need for children to engage and have a creative outlet is immense.

This workshop is an opportunity for your children to engage through an online cultural experience.  We will start each workshop with vocal exercises and fun games and continue to learn about theater through the virtual space.  Each child will be given the opportunity to perform a series of short and fun skits.

We will send login information after you register.

Fall 2020

Fall 2020

Sumter Players is planning to produce this show during Christmas time. We are exploring ways to produce the show using either live-stream, podcast or even over the old-fashioned radio.

Fall 2021

This new dramatization of C.S. Lewis' classic, set in the land of Narnia, faithfully recreates the magic and mystery of Aslan, the great lion, his struggle with the White Witch, and the adventures of four children who inadvertently wander from an old wardrobe into the exciting, never-to-be-forgotten Narnia.
